Organoliptic characteristics Appearance: Its colour is a not very deep garnet red, with faint purplish reflection, which are evidence of youth. During its maturation, it goes from garnet red to orange. Scent: Winy in the first stage, it becomes then delicate, fruity and recalls the scent of a wood. Flavour: Its state taste is dry and harmonious with slightly bitter dregs. It's full-bodied and persistent. Alcholic content: Minimum 11.5° C. |
