We would like to inform you that, according to the Exec. Ord. n. 196, art. 13, 2003 (Code for protection of personal data), the treatment of data provided by customers when registering at this website is aimed at registering the user. In the event the data are not provided, the registration will not be successful.

You are further informed that the consent to data treatment may be given by the Customer directly or through third parties - even through one or more remote communication techniques (e-mail, telephone, automatic call systems not requiring operators or fax machines) - for the following purposes:

a) promotional initiatives concerning products and/or services performed through the Web Site;
b) promotional initiatives concerning products and/or services pertaining to third parties;
c) studies and statistical and market researches.


The treatments mentioned above may be performed using paper or computer and/or computerized supports and in all cases employing methods and procedures that ensure their safety and confidentiality and in compliance with the law provisions in force.

Mymarca informs herein that, for some services supplied, it makes use of reliable companies, which carry out technical and/or organizational activities on its behalf. Said companies directly collaborate with Esperya and within data treatment they act as Responsible subjects.

In connection with treatment of personal data, the Customer can exercise - directly and in any time - the rights provided for in the Exec. Ord. n. 196, art. 7, 2003 (Code for protection of personal data), and in particular gain information about:
-source of personal data;
-purposes and method of treatment;
-logics employed in case of treatment supported by electronic instruments;
-personal data of holder, responsible subjects and representative in charge in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
-subjects or groups of subjects the personal data may be disclosed to or who may learn about them in their capacity as representative in charge in the State territory, responsible subjects or subjects in charge.

The Customer shall also be entitled to obtain:
-updated, rectified or, where interested in them, integrated data;
- cancellation, conversion to the anonymous form or block of data treated in breach of the law, including those not needing to be kept within the purposes for which the data were collected and than treated;
-the document certifying that the operations listed in points a) and b), as well as their respective contents, were revealed to those acquainted with the data, unless such fulfilment is not possible or involves a clearly excessive employment of means compared to the right defended.

The Customer shall further be entitled to oppose, in full or in part:
- treatment - though relevant to the purpose of the collection - of his/her personal data, for legitimate reasons;
- treatment of his/her personal data aimed at forwarding advertising materials or direct sales or performing market researches or commercial noticing.

Information notice (in accordance with the law of 31.12.96, N°. 675)

The ATPOS System provides for the taking of certain personal information of the buyer to be used by the Società per I Servizi Bancari (Society for Banking Services) – SSB SpA, as regards operating management for the purchase of goods or services.
We hereby inform the buyer that the information gathered will be subject to those provisions of law N°: 675/96 (Protection of persons and other entities relating to treatment of personal information) and will be treated using methods (automatic or manual methods) suitable to guarantee safety and privacy.
In particular, all data in paper form will be codified.
All data gathered will be communicated to all those subjects, to whom the transmission of the data itself is necessary, functional and instrumental for the operating management of the purchase.
All data gathered will not be distributed by SSB.
Regarding aforementioned methods of processing, provisos – in accordance with article 13(*) of the law in question, fees and charges may be applied.
The owner in accordance with law 675/96 is the Mymarca Society.

What is ATPOS?
ATPOS is an on-line credit card payment service offered by Italian banks. All the information on your card is protected by the SSL protocoland are sent exclusively to the data-processing unit of SSB SpA.
How do you use it?
To use the ATPOS service, all you have to do is fill out the form and then confirm them by clicking on ‘OK’.
The system will then communicate immediately the outcome of the transaction requested just as if it was carried out using a normal credit card reader in a “real” shop. Besides an on-line confirmation, the system will also send you an e-mail outlining the outcome of the operation.
We recommend that you do not use the browser navigation keys (back, reload, stop or back, update, end).
Wherever you have to return to the shop without proceeding with payment, just click on the “cancel” key.
