Beer is a great drink with a great history and is especially linked to certain areas and countries of northern Europe. In recent years, however, the production of artisan beer has been gaining a foothold in Italy as well and the quantity of family-managed breweries has increased significantly.
Today this most ancient of drinks, by virtue of its characteristics of its freshness, its easy-to-drink nature, its digestibleness, finds an ever-growing number of those appreciating it.
Mymarca proposes the “La Cotta” artisan beer, which is produced by the “COLLEVERDE” brewery, by master brewers, Gigi and Francesco.
This project gathers up the traditions of northern Europe and transposes them into a rural setting which loves and wishes to maintain the wholesome nature of those things produced. The artisan beer uses fresh spring water, malt from their own home-grown barley, German- and Czechoslovakian-cultivated hops and natural yeast which is usually dry: however, it is the love and the imagination of the “master brewers” in knowing just how to dose the ingredients that each time creates a beer which is different and which allows them to release aromas and tastes unknown to any commercially-produced beer. Each production process represents a new “cotta” that transforms the ingredients by boiling and mixing in order to obtain the finished product.
